Dupixent lawsuit: cutaneous T-cell lymphoma claims
Lawsuits claim that Dupixent, an injectable drug used for eczema, asthma and other conditions, may cause or unmask cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), a cancer that starts in the skin. The federal cases were grouped in New Jersey in June 2026 and are at an early stage.

What is alleged
Plaintiffs allege that Sanofi and Regeneron did not adequately warn that Dupixent may be associated with CTCL, and that the drug can improve skin symptoms in a way that delays a lymphoma diagnosis. The companies dispute the claims.
The federal MDL
MDL 3180 was created in June 2026 and is before Judge Zahid N. Quraishi in the District of New Jersey. The federal panel reported 38 pending cases as of October 1, 2026.
JPML: Pending MDL dockets by actions pending (October 1, 2026) ↗Where the cases stand
The MDL is in its early organizing stage. No trials have been held and no settlement has been announced.
Records that matter
Dupixent prescription and injection records, skin biopsies and the lymphoma diagnosis, and dermatology records from before and after treatment began.
Keep taking prescribed medicine until you talk to your doctor
A lawsuit is not medical advice. Talk to your prescriber before stopping or changing treatment, and ask about any new or changing skin symptoms.
Deadlines
Each state sets its own filing deadline, and the clock often starts when you knew or should have known about the injury and its possible cause. Joining an MDL does not pause your state’s deadline, so ask a lawyer promptly if you are considering a claim.
Talking to a lawyer
Mass tort lawyers usually work on contingency, meaning they are paid a percentage of any recovery. Ask how the fee is calculated, which costs you could owe, whether your case would be filed in the MDL or in state court, and who will handle it day to day. SettlementLift is not a law firm and does not take or refer these cases.
