SettlementLift resources
Terms of use
Effective October 15, 2026. SettlementLift provides accident information and a funding request service.
Our role
SettlementLift is not a law firm and does not directly provide settlement funding. General resources do not determine the laws, deadlines, insurance coverage or financial options that apply to an individual case. Seek case-specific advice from an appropriate professional.
What submitting an inquiry means
An inquiry requests follow-up from SettlementLift or a service partner about your request. A receipt confirms that the request was stored; it does not create an attorney-client relationship or funding contract, or promise representation, funding approval, payment or a case outcome. We may share information reasonably needed for requested partner follow-up as described in our privacy notices.
Funding availability
Accepting an inquiry does not establish funding eligibility. Availability depends on your state, case and provider requirements. Workers’ compensation benefits can be subject to assignment restrictions and may not support a funding arrangement. Any offer and agreement must be reviewed for the particular circumstances.
Information and source limits
Sources and dates accompany our resources. Statistics describe their stated dataset and geography; they do not predict an individual claim or establish who caused a crash. Funding agreements, insurance coverage and legal requirements need review for the circumstances involved. Read any actual professional or provider agreement before deciding.
Attorney resources
Our attorney directories are general informational lists. Entries are alphabetical, unranked and not paid placements. We do not select a lawyer for you, assess your legal claim to match you to a firm, or send your inquiry to a listed firm. Contact a firm directly to discuss representation. Directory inclusion is not an endorsement, certification or promise of results.
